34  | 秋七月壬午，诏曰：「朕每岁以秋日闲月，命群官讲武平壤。所幸之处，必立宫坛，糜费之功，劳损非一。宜仍旧贯，何必改作也。」八月丙寅，遂畋于河西。诏曰：「朕顺时畋猎，而从官杀获过度，既殚禽兽，乖不合围之义。其敕从官及典围将校，自今已后，不听滥杀。其畋获皮肉，别自颁赍。」壬申，诏曰：「前以民遭饥寒，不自存济，有卖鬻男女者，尽仰还其家。或因缘势力，或私行请托，共相通容，不时检校，令良家子息仍为奴婢。今仰精究，不听取赎，有犯加罪。若仍不检还，听其父兄上诉，以掠人论。」九月辛巳，车驾还宫。 |
