8  | 十有二年春正月辛巳朔，初建五牛旌旗。乙未，诏曰：「镇戍流徙之人，年满七十，孤单穷独，虽有妻妾而无子孙，诸如此等，听解名还本。诸犯死刑者，父母、祖父母年老，更无成人子孙，旁无期亲者，具状以闻。」二月壬戌，高丽国遣使朝贡。三月丁亥，宕昌国遣使朝献。中散梁众保等谋反，伏诛。 |
