31  | 冬十月戊寅朔，幸金墉城。诏徵司空穆亮与尚书李冲、将作大匠董爵经始洛京。己卯，幸河南城。乙酉，幸豫州。癸巳，次于石济。乙未，解严，设坛于滑台城东，告行庙以迁都之意。大赦天下。起滑台宫。又诏京师及诸州从戎者赐爵一级，应募者加二级，主将加三级。癸卯，幸邺城。乙巳，诏安定王休率从官迎家于代京，车驾送于漳水上。初，帝之南伐也，起宫殿于邺西；十有一月癸亥，宫成，徙御焉。十有二月戊寅，巡省六军。庚寅，阴平国遣使朝贡。乙未，诏隐恤军士，死亡疾病务令优给。 |
