29  | 夏四月戊戌，立皇后冯氏。是月，萧赜征虏将军、直阖将军、蛮酋田益宗率部落四千馀户内属。五月乙卯，宕昌、阴平、契丹、库莫奚诸国并遣使朝献。壬戌，宴四庙子孙于宣文堂，帝亲与之齿，行家人之礼。甲子，帝临朝堂，引见公卿已下，决疑政，录囚徒。丁丑，以旱撤膳。襄阳蛮酋雷婆思等率一千三百馀户内徙，居于太和川。六月丙戌，帝将南伐，诏造河桥。己丑，诏免徐、南豫、陜、岐、东徐、洛、豫七州军粮。丁未，讲武。乙巳，诏曰：「六职备于周经，九列炳于汉晋，务必有恒，人守其职。此百秩虽陈，事典未叙。自八元树位，躬加省览，远依往籍，近采时宜，作《职员令》二十一卷。事迫戎期，未善周悉。虽不足纲范万度，永垂不朽，且可释滞目前，厘整时务。须侍军回，更论所阙，权可付外施行。其有当局所疑而令文不载者，随事以闻，当更附之。」立皇子恂为皇太子。戊申，高丽国遣使朝献。 |
