39  | 二十年春正月丁卯，诏改姓为元氏。壬辰，改封始平王勰为彭城王，以定襄县王鸾复封城阳王。二月辛丑，帝幸华林，听讼于都亭。壬寅，诏自非金革，听终三年丧。丙午，诏畿内七十以上暮春赴京师，将行养老之礼。庚戌，幸华林，听讼于都亭。癸丑，诏介山之邑，听为寒食，自馀禁断。三月丙寅，宴群臣及国老、庶老于华林园。诏曰：「国老黄耇以上，假中散大夫、郡守；耆年以上，假给事中、县令；庶老，直假郡县。各赐鸠杖、衣裳。」丁丑，诏诸州中正各举其乡之民望，年五十以上守素衡门者，授以令长。 |
