41  | 七月，废皇后冯氏。戊寅，帝以久旱，咸秩群神；自癸未不食至于乙酉，是夜澍雨大洽。丁亥，诏曰：「炎阳爽节，秋另卷澍，在予之责，实深悚栗，故辍令膳三晨，以命上诉。灵鉴诚款，曲流云液。虽休勿休，宁敢愆怠。将有贤人湛德，高士凝栖，虽加铨采，未能招致。其精访幽谷，举兹贤彦，直言极谏，匡予不及。又邪佞毁朝，固唯治蠹；贪夫窃位，大政以亏。主者弹劾不肖，明黜盗禄。又法为治要，民命尤重，在京之囚，悉命条奏，朕将亲案，以时议决。又疾苦六极，人神所矜，宜时访恤，以拯穷废。鳏寡困乏、不能自存者，明加矜恤，令得存济。又轻徭薄赋，君人常理，岁中恒役，具以状闻。又夫妇之道，生民所先，仲春奔会，礼有达式，男女失时者以礼会之。又京民始业，农桑为本，田稼多少，课督以不，具以状言。」八月壬辰朔，幸华林园，亲录囚徒，咸降本罪二等决遣之。戊戌，车驾幸嵩高。甲寅，还宫。丁巳，南安王桢薨。幸华林园听讼。九月戊辰，车驾阅武于小平津。癸酉，还宫。丁亥，将通洛水入谷，帝亲临观。 |
