31  | 夏四月壬申，刘准遣使朝献。癸未，乐良王乐平薨。辛卯，蠕蠕国遣使朝献。丙申，幸崞山。己亥，还宫。庚子，淮阳公尉元进爵为王。吐谷浑国遣使献牦牛五十头。雍州刺史、宜都王目辰有罪赐死。五月丁巳，帝祈雨于北苑，闭阳门，是日澍雨大洽。辛酉，诏曰：「昔四代养老，问道乞言。朕虽冲昧，每尚其美。今赐国老各衣一袭，绵五斤，绢布各五匹。」六月辛未，以雍州民饥，开仓赈恤。起文石室、灵泉殿于方山。 |
