11  | 五年春正月己巳，大阅，畿内男子十二以上悉集。己卯，幸西宫。頞拔大、渠帅四十馀人诣阙奉贡，赐以缯帛锦罽各有差。乙酉，诏诸州六十户出戎马一匹。庚寅，大阅于东郊，部署将帅。以山阳侯奚斤为前军，众三万；阳平王熙等十二将，各一万骑；帝临白登，躬自校览焉。二月戊申，赐阳平王熙及诸王、公、侯、将士布帛各有差。庚戌，幸高柳川。甲寅，车驾还宫。癸丑，穿鱼池于北苑。庚午，姚兴遣使来聘。诏分遣使者巡求俊逸，其豪门强族为州闾所推者，及有文武才干、临疑能决，或有先贤世胄、德行清美、学优义博、可为人师者，各令诣京师，当随才叙用，以赞庶政。 |
