《帝纪第五 高宗纪》
26  | 二年春正月乙酉，诏曰：「刺史牧民，为万里之表。自顷每因发调，逼民假贷，大商富贾，要射时利，旬日之间，增赢十倍。上下通同，分以润屋。故编户之家，困于冻馁；豪富之门，日有兼积。为政之弊，莫过于此。其一切禁绝，犯者十疋以上皆死。布告天下，咸令知禁。」二月辛卯，行幸中山。丙午，至于邺，遂幸信都。三月，刘骏遣使朝贡。舆驾所过，皆亲对高年，问民疾苦。诏民年八十以上，一子不从役。灵丘南有山，高四百馀丈。乃诏群官仰射山峰，无能逾者。帝弯弧发矢，出山三十馀丈，过山南二百二十步，遂刊石勒铭。是月，发并、肆州五千人治河西猎道。辛巳，舆驾还宫。 |
