23  | 夏四月甲子，行幸云中。敕勒万馀落叛走。诏尚书封铁追讨灭之。五月戊戌，诏曰：「夫士之为行，在家必孝，处朝必忠，然后身荣于时，名扬后世矣。近遣尚书封铁翦除亡命，其所部将士有尽忠竭节以殒躯命者，今皆追赠爵号；或有蹈锋履难以自效者，以功次进位；或有故违军法私离幢校者，以军法行戮。夫有功蒙赏，有罪受诛，国之常典，不可暂废。自今以后，不善者可以自改。其宣敕内外，咸使闻知。」六月，诏平南大将军、假丹阳王太毗屯于河上，以司马楚之为安南大将军、琅邪王，屯颍川。 |
