24  | 秋七月己亥，诏曰：「昔太祖拨乱，制度草创；太宗因循，未遑改作，军国官属，至乃阙然。今诸征镇将军、王公仗节边远者，听开府辟召；其次，增置吏员。」庚子，诏大鸿胪卿杜超假节、都督冀定相三州诸军事、行征南大将军、太宰，进爵为王，镇邺，为诸军节度。八月，清河群盗杀太守。刘义隆将到彦之，自清水入河，溯流西行。帝以河南兵少，诏摄四镇。乃治兵，将西讨。丙寅，到彦之遣将渡河攻冶阪，冠军将军安颉督诸军击破之，斩首五千馀级，投水死者甚众。甲戌，行幸南宫，猎于南山。戊寅，诏征西大将军长孙道生屯于河上。九月己丑，赫连定遣弟谓以代寇鄜城，平西将军、始平公隗归等率诸军讨之，擒贼将王卑，杀万馀人，谓以代遁走。癸卯，立密皇太后庙于邺。甲辰，行幸统万，遂征平凉。 |
