27  | 夏四月甲申，幸崞山。丁亥，还宫。己丑，刘准遣便朝贡。京师旱。甲辰，祈天灾于北苑，亲自礼焉。灭膳，避正殿。丙午，澍雨大洽。曲赦京师。五月，诏曰：「婚娉过礼，则嫁娶有失时之弊；厚葬送终，则生者有糜费之苦。圣王知其如此，故申之以礼数，约之以法禁。乃者，民渐奢尚，婚葬越轨，致贫富相高，贵贱无别。又皇族贵戚及士民之家，不惟氏族，高下与非类婚偶。先帝亲发明诏，为之科禁；而百姓习常，仍不肃改。朕今宪章旧典，祗案先制，著之律令，永为定准。犯者以违制论。」六月己丑，幸鹿野苑。庚子，皇叔若薨。 |
