24  | 秋七月壬辰，侍中、开府仪同三司、青州刺史、京兆王子推薨。庚子，定三等死刑。己酉，太和、安昌二殿成。起朱明、思贤门。是月，刘昱死，弟准僭立。八月壬子，大赦天下。丙子，诏曰：「工商皂隶，各有厥分，而有司纵滥，或染清流。自今户内有工役者，唯止本部丞，已下准次而授。若阶藉元勋、以劳定国者不从此制。」戊寅，刘准遣使朝贡。九月癸未，蠕蠕国遣使朝贡。乙酉，诏群臣定律令于太华殿。辛卯，高丽国遣使朝贡。庚子，起永乐游观殿于北苑，穿神渊池。车多罗、西天竺、舍卫、叠伏罗诸国各遣使朝贡。 |
