39  | 夏四月己亥，行幸方山。建永固石室于山上，立碑于石室之庭；又铭太皇太后终制于金册；又起鉴玄殿。壬子，以南俘万馀口班赐群臣。甲寅，诏曰：「时雨不沾，春苗萎悴。诸有骸骨之处，皆敕埋藏，勿令露见。有神祗之所，悉可祷祈。」任城王云薨。五月庚申朔，诏曰：「乃者边兵屡动，劳役未息，百姓因之，轻陷刑网，狱讼烦兴，四民失业，朕每念之，用伤怀抱。农时要月，民须肆力，其敕天下，勿使有留狱久囚。」壬戌，邓至国遣使朝贡。庚午，青州主簿崔次思聚众谋叛，州军击之，次思走郁洲。六月甲辰，中山王睿薨。戊午，封皇叔简为齐郡王，猛为安丰王。 |
