24  | 九年春正月，刘义隆遣使朝贡。氐杨文德受义隆官号，守葭芦城，招诱武都、阴平五部氐民。诏仇池镇将皮豹子讨之。文德弃城南走，擒其妻子僚属。义隆白水太守郎启玄率众救文德，豹子逆击，大破之。启玄、文德走还汉中。宕昌羌酋梁瑾慈遣使内附，并贡方物。二月癸卯，行幸定州。山东民饥，启仓赈之。罢塞围作。遂西幸上党，诛潞叛民二千馀家，徙西河离石民五千馀家于京师。诏于壶关东北大王山累石为三封，又斩其北凤皇山南足以断之。三月，车驾还宫。夏五月甲戌，以交趾公韩拔为假节、征西将军、领护西戎校尉、鄯善王，镇鄯善，赋役其民，比之郡县。六月辛酉，行幸广德宫。丁卯，悦般国遣使求与王师俱讨蠕蠕，帝许之。秋八月，诏中外诸军戒严。九月乙酉，治兵于西郊。丙戌，上幸阴山。是月，成周公万度归千里驿上，大破焉耆国，其王鸠尸卑那奔龟兹。 |
