12  | 秋七月乙丑，地伏罗、罽宾国并遣使朝献。乙亥，中书监、仪同三司、汝南王悦坐杀人免官，以王还第。己巳，车驾有事于太庙。八月戊戌，宴太祖以来宗室年十五以上于显阳殿，申家人之礼。己亥，诏庶族子弟年未十五不听入仕。诏曰：「皇魏开基，道迈周汉，蝉连二都，德盛百祀。虽帝胤蕃衍，亲贤并茂，而犹沉屈素履，巾褐衡门，非所谓广命戚族，翼屏王室者也。今可依世近远，叙之列位。」庚子，诏咸阳、京兆二王子女还附属籍。壬寅，吐谷浑国遣使朝献。丁未，诏侍中、太师、高阳王雍入居门下，参决尚书奏事。己酉，契丹国遣使朝贡。九月辛酉，吐谷浑国遣使朝贡。丙寅，诏曰：「察讼理冤，实维政首；躬亲听览，民信所由。比日谅暗之中，治纲未振，狱犴繁广，嗟诉骤闻，虽曰司存，每多诬壅。曾是寡德，实深矜慨。自今月望，当暂出城闉，亲纳滞枉。主者可宣诸近远，咸使闻知。」是月，城青、齐、兖、泾、平、营、肆七州所治东阳、历城、瑕丘、平凉、肥如、和龙、九原七城。 |
