94  | 赵崇宪，字履常，汝愚子。嘉定八年，知静江府、广西经畧安抚使。静江属邑地肥硗畧等，而阳朔、修仁、荔浦之赋独倍，自张栻奏减，人犹以为病，崇宪请再加蠲减，诏递损有差罗蔓峝者，仍嵗冦钞为暴实，土民何向父子隂导之，崇宪捐金缯付小校，系以来，置之法，因严民夷交通之禁。先是，部内郡邑有警，辄移统府兵戍之，在宜州者百人，古县半之，崇宪谓根本单虚，非所以窒奸萌，乃于其地各置兵，如戍兵之数，而敛戍者以归。邕为边要害地，自狄青平侬智髙所设捍防甚至，嵗久浸弛，而溪峝日强，崇宪条上其议，朝廷颇采其言，然未及尽用也。其弟崇模，字履规，亦知静江有政声。 |
