13  | 三年春正月丁卯，以阴平王杨炅子崇祖为沙州刺史，封阴平王。北中郎将建安王宝夤为江州刺史。己巳，诏申明守长六周之制。乙酉，诏「去岁索虏寇边，缘边诸州郡将士有临阵及疾病死亡者，并送还本土。」三月壬午，诏「车府乘舆有金银饰校者，皆剔除。」夏四月，虏寇司州，戍兵击破之。五月己巳，以征虏将军萧懿为益州刺史，前军将军阴广宗为梁、南秦二州刺史，前新除宁州刺史李庆宗为宁州刺史。秋九月辛酉，以冠军将军徐玄庆为兖州刺史。冬十月，以辅国将军申希祖为司州刺史。闰十二月戊寅，皇太子冠，赐王公以下帛各有差，为父后者赐爵一级。断远近上礼。又诏「今岁不须光新，可以见钱为百官供给。」 |
