2  | 建武元年冬十月癸亥，即皇帝位。诏曰：「皇齐受终建极，握镜临宸，神武重辉，钦明懿铄，七百攸长，盘石斯固。而王度中蹇，天阶荐阻，嗣命多违，蕃衅孔棘，宏图景历，将坠诸渊。宣德皇后远鉴崇替，宪章旧典，畴咨台揆，允定灵策，用集宝命于予一人。猥以虚薄，缵承大业，仰系鸿丕，顾临兆民，永怀先构，若履春冰，寅忧夕惕，罔识攸济，思与万国播此惟新。大赦天下，改元。宿卫身普转一阶，其馀文武，赐位二等。逋租宿责，换负官物，在建武元年以前，悉原除。 |
