戊辰，诏河东节度使刘知远送叛臣乌古指挥使由燕京赴阙。癸酉，遣天城军节茺使萧拜石吊祭于晋。

以赵延寿为大丞相兼政事令、枢密使、中京留守，中外官僚将士爵赏有差。辛未，河东节度使北平王刘知远自立为帝，国号汉。诏以耿崇美为昭义军节度使，高唐英为昭德军节度使，崔廷勋为河阳军节度使，分据要地。

会同九年，太宗大汴，命知澶渊，控扼河渡。天禄元年，燕、赵已南皆应刘知远，朗与汴守萧翰弃城归阙。先是，朗祖罨古只为其弟辖底诈取夷离堇，自是族中无任六院职事者；世宗不悉其事，以朗为六院大王。
