21  | 冬十月癸未朔，天奏老人星见。戊子，以公主淑哥下嫁国舅详稳照姑。癸巳，速撒奏敌烈部及叛蕃来降，悉复故地。乙未，以燕京留守于霸占休哥言，每岁诸节度使贡献，如契丹官例，止进鞍马，从之。丁酉，以吴王稍为上京留守，行临潢尹事。上将征高丽，亲阅东京留守耶律末只所部马。丙午，命宣微使兼侍中蒲领、林牙肯德等将兵东讨，赐旗鼓及银符。 |
