6  | 丁未，赠刘平为忠武军节度使、兼侍中，石元孙为忠正军节度使兼太傅，仍赐平信陵坊第，封其妻赵氏为南阳郡太夫人，两家子孙及诸弟官者皆优迁，未官者録之。 戊申，延州金明县都监张异、庆州东路都巡检使万俟政、延州都监孟方、鄜延路指挥使髙守忠、张达，以战没并赠官。 出左藏、内藏库缗钱各十万，下陜西给军须。 辛亥，降鄜延钤辖卢守勤为湖北都监，安抚都监李康伯为均州都监、通判延州。计用章除名配雷州。然议者以守勤之责犹薄云。 发陜西近里诸州役兵筑延州金明、栲栳寨，始议修复，帅臣拥兵不即进，转运使明镐止以百馀骑自从，分督将士一月而城之。 以邈川首领嘉勒斯赉子栋戬为㑹州刺史。栋戬方九嵗，其父为请之。居歴精城，所部可六七万人，号令严明，人惮服之。 壬子，㨂诸路牢城及强盗恶贼配军，年未四十壮徤者𨽻禁军。 范仲淹未至永兴，癸丑，改为陜西都转运使，以刑部员外郎髙若讷知永兴军，諌官梁适言：「仲淹前责饶州，若讷实为諌官，尝诋仲淹谋事疎阔，今俾共事，理实有嫌，宜易以近臣」。帝曰：「朕方任仲淹，若讷以疆事，固当体朕所以委寄之意，安得以旧事为嫌也？宜诏谕之」。寻留若讷判吏部流内铨。 |
