1  | 元佑元年十二月十八日，翰林学士朝奉郎知制诰苏轼札子奏。臣窃闻谏官言臣近所撰《试馆职人策问》有涉讽议先朝之语。臣退伏思念，其略曰：「今朝廷欲思仁祖之忠厚，而患百官有司不举其职，或至于偷。欲法神考之励精，而恐监司守令不识其意，流入于刻。」臣之所谓「偷」与「刻」者，专指今之百官有司及监司守令不能奉行，恐致此病，于二帝何与焉？至于前论周公、太公，后论文帝、宣帝，皆是为文引证之常，亦无比拟二帝之意。况此《策问》第一、第二首，邓温伯之词，末篇乃臣所撰，三首皆臣亲书进入，蒙御笔点用第三首。臣之愚意，岂逃圣鉴？若有毫发讽议先朝，则臣死有馀罪。伏愿少回天日之照，使臣孤忠不为众口所铄。臣无任伏地待罪战恐之至。取进止。 |
