1  | 元佑元年七月二日，朝奉郎试中书舍人苏轼状奏。右臣先曾奏论衙前一役，只当招募，不当定差，执政不以为然。臣等奏乞罢免臣详定役法，奉圣旨不许。经今月馀，前所论奏，并不蒙施行，而臣愚蠢，终执所见。近又窃见吏部尚书孙永奏，驳臣所论。盖是臣愚暗无状，上与执政不同，下与本局异议，若不罢免，即执政所欲立法无缘得成。况今来季限已满，诸路立法文字节次到局，全藉通晓协同之人共力裁定。如臣乖异，必害成法，乞早赐指挥罢免。所有臣固违圣旨之罪，亦乞施行。谨录奏闻，伏候敕旨。 |
