15  | 夏四月癸巳朔，汾州介休县地震，泉涌。以武祺参议中书省事。是月，车驾时巡上都。江西、湖广大饥，民疫疠者甚众。御史台臣纠言江浙行省左丞帖里帖木儿等罪。先是，帖里帖木儿与江南行台侍御史左答纳失里奉旨招谕方国珍，报国珍已降，乞立巡防千户所，朝廷授以五品流官，令纳其船，散遣徒众，国珍不从，拥船一千三百馀艘，仍据海道，阻绝粮运，以故归罪二人。以江浙行省参知政事阿儿温沙升本省右丞，浙东宣慰使恩宁普为江浙行省参知政事，皆总兵讨方国珍。发陜西军讨河南贼，给钞令自备鞍马军器，合二万五千人，马七千五百匹，永昌、巩昌沿边人匠杂户亦在遣中。造过街塔于卢沟桥，命有司给物色人匠，以御史大夫也先不花督之。复立应昌、全宁二路。先是，有诏罢之，以拨属鲁王马某沙王傅府，至是有司以为不便，复之。诏复起永昌、巩昌、喃巴、临洮等处军。命各卫军人修白浮、瓮山等处堤堰。 |
