19  | 二十八年春正月壬申朔，皇太子命关保固守晋宁，总统诸军，如扩廓帖木儿拒命，当以大义相裁，就便擒击。以中书平章政事不颜帖木儿为御史大夫。辛巳，诏谕扩廓帖木儿曰：「比者也速上奏，卿以书陈情，深自悔悟，及省来意，良用恻然。朕视卿犹子，卿何惑于憸言，不体朕心，隳其先业！卿今能自悔，固朕所望。卿其思昔委任肃清江淮之意，即将冀宁、真定诸军，就行统制渡河，直捣徐沂，以康靖齐鲁，则职任之隆，当悉还汝。卫辉、彰德、顺德，皆为王城，卿无以貊高为名，纵军侵暴。其晋宁诸军，已命关保总制策应，戡定山东，将帅各宜悉心。」庚寅，彗星见于昴、毕之间。是月，大明兵取建宁、延平二路，陈有定被执。 |
