20  | 八月，太原之交城、阳曲、管州、岚州，大同之怀仁雨雹陨霜杀禾，杭州火，发粟赈之。以大名、高唐去岁霖雨，免其田租二万四千馀石。九月癸丑，车驾至自上都。庚申，伯颜、梁德圭并复为中书平章政事，八都马辛复为中书右丞，迷而火者复为中书参知政事，以江浙行省平章阿里为中书平章政事。庚午，以户部尚书张佑为中书参知政事。癸酉，诸王察八而、朵瓦等遣使来附，以币帛六百匹给之。诏诸王凡泉府规营钱，非奉旨毋辄支贷。给诸王出伯所部帛四百匹。四川、云南镇戍军家居太原、平阳被灾者，给钞有差。潮州飓风起，海溢，漂民庐舍，溺死者众，给其被灾户粮两月。以冀、孟、辉、云内诸州去岁霖雨，免其田租二万二千一百石。 |
