15  | 夏四月壬戌朔，敕天下诸司命僧诵经十万部。丙寅，察罕脑儿蒙古军驿户饥，赈之。丁卯，旌内黄县节妇王氏。己巳，浚金水河。甲戌，命张圭及右司员外郎王士熙勉励国子监学。敕都功德使阔儿鲁至京师。释囚大辟三十一人，杖五十七以上者六十九人。放笼禽十万，令有司偿其直。己卯，诏行助役法，遣使考视税籍高下，出田若干亩，使应役之人更掌之，收其岁入以助役费，官不得与。北边军饥，赈之。蒙古大千户部，比岁风雪毙畜牧，赈钞二百万贯。敕京师万安、庆寿、圣安、普庆四寺，扬子江金山寺、五台万圣佑国寺，作水陆佛事七昼夜。丁亥，故罗罗斯宣慰使述古妻漂末权领司事，遣其子娑住邦来献方物。戊子，南丰州民及巩昌蒙古军饥，赈之。 |
