17  | 秋七月辛卯朔，宣政使钦察台自传旨署事，中书以体制非宜，请通行禁止，从之。壬辰，占城国王遣其弟保佑八剌遮奉表来贡方物。真定路驿户饥，赈粮二千四百石。癸卯，太庙成。班丹坐赃杖免。赐剌秃屯田贫民钞四十六万八千贯市牛具。甲辰，诸王帖木儿还自云南，八宿卫，赐钞二万五千贯。乙巳，招谕左右两江黄胜许、岑世兴。己酉，封诸王忽都铁木儿为威远王，授金印。减海道岁运粮二十万石，并免江淮增科粮。甲寅，买马行宫驾车六百五十匹。丙辰，永宁王卜颜铁木儿为不法，命宗正府及近侍杂治其傅。籍铁木叠儿家资。诸王彻彻秃入朝请印，帝以其政绩未著，不允，赐钞二十五万贯。御史台请降旨开言路，帝曰：「言路何尝不开，但卿等选人未当尔。」漷州雨，水害屯田稼。真定州诸路属县蝗，冀宁、兴和、大同三路属县陨霜。东路蒙古万户府饥，赈粮两月。 |
