35  | 臣见年四十六岁，系浙江绍兴府馀姚县民籍，由进士，弘治十三年二月内除授刑部云南清吏司主事。弘治十五年八月内告回原籍养病。弘治十七年七月内病痊赴部，改除兵部武选清吏司主事。正德元年十二月内为宥言官去权奸以彰圣德事，蒙恩降授贵州龙场驿驿丞。正德五年三月内蒙升江西吉安府庐陵县知县；本年十月内升南京刑部四川清吏司主事。正德六年正月内调吏部验封清吏司主事；本年十月内升本部文选清吏司员外郎。正德七年三月内升本部考功清吏司郎中；本年十二月初八日，蒙升南京太仆寺少卿，正德八年十月二十二日到任，至正德九年四月二十一日止，历俸六个月。本日到任吏部扎付，蒙升南京鸿胪寺卿，本月二十五日到任，至正德十一年九月十四日止，连国历俸二十九个月零十二日。本日准吏部咨，蒙恩升都察院右佥都御史，巡抚南、赣、汀、漳等府，于正德十二年正月十六日前到地方行事，支俸起扣，至本月二十五日止，又历俸十日，连前共辏历三十六个月。三年考满，例应给由。缘臣系巡抚官员，见在福建漳州等府地方督调官军，夹剿漳、浦等处流贼，未敢擅离。缘系三年给由事理，为此具本奏闻。 |
