32  | 十二年春正月辛酉，大赦天下。辛未，车驾亲祠南郊。癸酉，封黄龙国主冯弘为燕主。夏四月乙酉，尚书仆射殷景仁加中护军。丙辰，诏曰：「周宗以宁，实由多士；汉室之隆，亦资得人。朕寐寤乐贤，为日已久，而俊哲难阶，明扬莫效。用令遗才在野，管库虚朝，永怀前载，惭德深矣。夫举尔所知，宣尼之笃训，贡士任官，先代之成准。便可宣敕内外，各有荐举。当依方铨引，以观厥用。」是夜，京郡地震。六月，丹阳、淮南、吴兴、义兴大水，京邑乘船。己酉，以徐豫南兖三州、会稽宣城二郡米数百万斛赐五郡遭水民。是月，断酒。师子国遣使献方物。秋七月乙酉，闍婆娑达国、扶南国并遣使献方物。八月壬申，于益州立南晋寿、南新巳、北巴西三郡。乙亥，原遭水郡诸逋负。九月，蜀郡贼张寻为寇。冬十一月，以右军行参军茍道覆为交州刺史。 |
