62  | 二十八年春正月丙戌朔，以寇逼不朝会。丁亥，索虏自瓜步退走。丁酉，攻围盱眙城。是月，宁朔将军王玄谟自确磝退还历下。二月丙辰，索虏自盱眙奔走。癸酉，诏曰：「猃狁孔炽，难及数州，眷言念之，寤寐兴悼。凶羯痍挫，迸迹远奔，凋伤之民，宜时振理。凡遭寇贼郡县，令还复居业，封尸掩骼，赈赡饥流。东作方始，务尽劝课。贷给之宜，事从优厚。其流寓江、淮者，并听即属，并蠲复税调。」 |
