15  | 二年春正月辛酉，车驾祠南郊，大赦天下。丙寅，断金银涂。以扬州刺史庐陵王义真为司徒，以尚书仆射、镇军将军徐羡之为尚书令、扬州刺史。丙子，南康揭阳蛮反，郡县讨破之。己卯，禁丧事用铜钉。罢会稽郡府。二月己丑，车驾幸延贤堂策试诸州郡秀才、孝廉。扬州秀才顾练、豫州秀才殷朗所对称旨，并以为著作佐郎。戊申，制中二千石加公田一顷。三月乙丑，初限荆州府置将不得过二千人，吏不得过一万人；州置将不得过五百人，吏不得过五千人。兵士不在此限。夏四月己卯朔，诏曰：「淫祠惑民费财，前典所绝，可并下在所除诸房庙。其先贤及以勋德立祠者，不在此例。」戊申，车驾于华林园听讼。己亥，以左卫将军王仲德为冀州刺史。五月己酉，置东宫屯骑、步兵、翊军三校尉官。甲戌，车驾又幸华林园听讼。 |
