14  | 闰月壬午朔，诏曰：「晋世帝后及籓王诸陵守卫，宜便置格。其名贤先哲，见优前代，或立德著节，或宁乱庇民，坟茔未远，并宜洒扫。主者具条以闻。」丁酉，特进、左光禄大夫孔季恭加开府仪同三司。辛丑，诏曰：「主者处案虽多所谘详，若众官命议，宜令明审。自顷或总称参详，于文漫略。自今有厝意者，皆当指名其人；所见不同，依旧继启。」又诏曰：「诸处冬使，或遣或不，事役宜省，今可悉停。唯元正大庆，不在其例。郡县遣冬使诣州及都督府，亦停之。」九月壬子朔，置东宫殿中将军十人，员外二十人。壬申，置都官尚书。冬十月辛卯，改晋所用王肃祥禫二十六月仪，依郑玄二十七月而后除。十二月辛巳朔，车驾临延贤堂听讼。 |
