17  | 甲辰，制诸署敕吏四品以下，又府署所得辄罚者，听统府寺行四十杖。秋七月己巳，地震。八月壬辰，车驾又于华林园听讼。九月己丑，零陵王薨。车驾三朝率百僚举哀于朝堂，一依魏明帝服山阳公故事。太尉持节监护，葬以晋礼。冬十月丁酉，诏曰：「兵制峻重，务在得宜。役身死叛，辄考傍亲，流迁弥广，未见其极。遂令冠带之伦，沦陷非所。宜革以弘泰，去其密科。自今犯罪充兵合举户从役者，便付营押领。其有户统及谪止一身者，不得复侵滥服亲，以相连染。」己亥，以凉州胡大帅沮渠蒙逊为镇军大将军、开府仪同三司、凉州刺史。癸卯，车驾于延贤堂听讼。 |
