13  | 八月戊午，西中郎将、荆州刺史宜都王讳进号镇西将军。辛酉，开亡叛赦，限内首出，蠲租布二年。先有资状、黄籍犹存者，听复本注。诸旧郡县以北为名者，悉除；寓方于南者，听以南为号。又制有无故自残伤者补冶士，实由政刑烦苛，民不堪命，可除此条。罢青州并兖州。戊辰，诏曰：「彭、沛、下邳三郡，首事所基，情义缱绻，事由情奖，古今所同。彭城桑梓本乡，加隆攸在，优复之制，宜同丰、沛。其沛郡、下邳可复租布三十年。」辛未，追谥妃臧氏为敬皇后。癸酉，立王太子为皇太子。乙亥，诏曰：「朕承历受终，猥飨天命。荷积善之祚，藉士民之力，率由令范。先后祗严宣训，七庙肇建，情敬无违。加以储宫备礼，皇基弥固，国庆家礼，爰集旬日，岂予一人，独荷兹庆。其见刑罪无轻重，可悉原赦。限百日，以今为始。先因军事所发奴僮，各还本主；若死亡及勋劳破免，亦依限还直。」 |
