22  | 三月甲申，车驾于延贤堂听讼。戊申，诏曰：「自顷军役殷兴，国用增广，资储不给，百度尚繁。宜存简约，以应事实。内外可通共详思，务令节俭。」夏四月甲寅，以衡阳王师阮万龄为湘州刺史。乙卯，以后军参军徐遵之为兖州刺史。六月乙丑，大赦天下。己卯，割江南及扬州晋陵郡属南徐州，江北属兖州。以徐州刺史竟陵王义宣为南兖州刺史，司徒司马吉翰为徐州刺史。闰月庚子，诏曰：「自顷农桑惰业，游食者众，荒莱不辟，督课无闻。一时水旱，便有罄匮，茍不深存务本，丰给靡因。 |
