67  | 可速符诸镇，优量救恤。今农事行兴，务尽地利。若须田种，随宜给之。」二月庚申，虏帅拓跋焘死。庚午，立第十二皇子休仁为建安王。夏四月戊午，诃罗单国遣使献方物。以骠骑参军张永为冀州刺史。五月甲午，罢湘州并荆州。以始兴、临贺、始安三郡属广州。丙申，诏曰：「恶稔身灭，戎丑常数，虐虏穷凶，著于自昔。未劳资斧，已伏天诛，子孙相残，亲党离贰，关、洛伪帅，并怀内款，河朔遗民，注诚请效。拯溺荡秽，今其会也。可符骠骑、司空二府，各部分所统，东西应接。归义建绩者，随劳酬奖。」是月，京邑雨水。六月己酉，遣部司巡行，赐樵米，给船。 |
