23  | 大明元年春正月辛亥朔，改元，大赦天下。赐高年、孤疾粟帛各有差。庚午，护军将军刘延孙迁职，右卫将军湘东王讳为中护军。京邑雨水，辛未，遣使检行，赐以樵米。二月己亥，复亲民职公田。索虏寇兖州。三月壬戌，制大臣加班剑者，不得入宫城门。梁州獠求内属，立怀汉郡。夏四月，京邑疾疫。丙申，遣使按行，赐给医药。死而无收敛者，官为敛埋。庚子，省湘州宋建郡并临贺。五月，吴兴、义兴大水，民饥。乙卯，遣使开仓赈恤。癸酉，于华林园听讼。乙亥，以左卫将军沈昙庆为徐州刺史，辅国将军梁瑾葱为河州刺史、宕昌王。六月己卯，以前太子步兵校尉刘祗子歆继南丰王朗。辛巳，以长水校尉山阳王休佑为东扬州刺史。丁亥，休佑改为湘州刺史。以丹阳尹颜竣为东扬州刺史。秋七月辛未，土断雍州诸侨郡县。 |
