14  | 五年春正月乙亥，诏曰：「朕恭承洪业，临飨四海，风化未弘，治道多昧，求之人事，鉴寐惟忧。加顷阴违序，旱疫成患，仰惟灾戒，责深在予。思所以侧身克念，议狱详刑，上答天谴，下恤民瘼。群后百司，其各献谠言，指陈得失，勿有所讳。」甲申，车驾临玄武馆阅武。戊子，京邑大火，遣使巡慰赈赐。夏四月己亥，以南蛮校尉萧摹之为湘州刺史。戊午，以始兴太守徐豁为广州刺史。五月己卯，以湘州刺史张邵为雍州刺史。六月庚戌，司徒王弘降为卫将军、开府仪同三司。京邑大水。乙卯，遣使检行赈赡。以江夏内史程道惠为广州刺史。秋八月壬戌，特进、左光禄大夫范泰卒。冬十月甲辰，车驾于延贤堂听讼。闰月癸未，以右军司马刘德武为豫州刺史。辛卯，安陆公相周籍之为宁州刺史。十二月庚寅，左光禄大夫、领军将军赵伦之卒。是岁，天竺国遣使献方物。 |
