38  | 十七年夏四月戊午朔，日有蚀之。五月癸巳，领军将军刘湛母忧去职。秋七月壬寅，以征虏谘议参军杜骥为青州刺史。壬子，皇后袁氏崩。八月，徐、兖、青、冀四州大水。己未，遣使检行赈恤。九月壬子，葬元皇后于长宁陵。冬十月戊午，前丹阳尹刘湛有罪，及同党伏诛。大赦天下，文武赐爵一级。以大将军、领司徒、录尚书、扬州刺史彭城王义康为江州刺史，大将军如故。以司空、南兖州刺史江夏王义恭为司徒、录尚书事。戊寅，卫将军临川王义庆以本号为南兖州刺史，尚书仆射、护军将军殷景仁为扬州刺史，仆射如故。十一月丙戌，以尚书刘义融为领军将军，秘书监徐湛之为中护军。丁亥，诏曰：「前所给扬、南徐二州百姓田粮种子，兖、两豫、青、徐诸州比年所宽租谷应督入者，悉除半。今半有不收处，都原之。 |
