21  | 十月乙卯，永嘉王子仁、始安王子真、淮南王子孟、南平王子产、庐陵王子舆、松滋侯子房并赐死。丁卯，以郢州刺史沈攸之为中领军，与张永俱北讨。庚午，以吴郡太守顾觊之为湘州刺史。戊寅，立皇子昱为皇太子。曲赦扬、南徐二州。以辅国将军刘勔为广州刺史，左军将军张世为豫州刺史。十一月甲申，以安成太守刘袭为郢州刺史。壬辰，诏曰：「治崇简易，化疾繁侈，远关隆替，明著轨迹者也。朕拯斯坠运，属此屯极，仍之以凋耗，因之以师旅，而识昧前王，务艰昔代。俾夫旧赋既繁，为费弥广，鉴寐万务，每思弘革。方欲缓徭优调，爱民为先，有司详加宽惠，更立科品。其方物职贡，各顺土宜，出献纳贡，敬依时令。凡诸蠹俗妨民之事，趣末违本之业，雕绘靡丽，奇器异技，并严加裁断，务归要实。左右尚方御府诸署，供御制造，咸存俭约。庶淳风至教，微遵太古，阜财兴让，少敦季俗。」又诏曰：「夫秉机询政，立教之攸本；举贤聘逸，弘化之所基。故负鼎进策，殷代以康；释钓作辅，周祚斯乂。朕甫承大业，训道未敷，虽侧席忠规，伫梦岩筑，而良图莫荐，奇士弗闻，永鉴通古，无忘宵寐。今籓隅克晏，敷化维始，屡怀存治，实望箴阙。 |
