189  | 程元凤，字申甫，徽州人。绍定进士，轮对，极论世运剥复之机及人主所当法者，理宗览之，曰：「有古遗直风」。六年，进秘书丞，匄外知饶州，郡初罹水灾，元凤访民疾苦，夙夜究心，修城堞、置义阡，寛诛求察诬证，进江淮等处提㸃坑冶，仍兼知饶州冶司，嵗有冬夏，帐银悉举以补郡积年诸税敛之不足者，芝生治所，衆以治行所致，元鳯曰：「五谷熟则民䝉恵此，不足异也」。召奏事，辞不就。后累官右丞相，封吉国公，所著《调斋文集》若干卷。 |
