43  | 郑俏淖谑蔽吏部尚书丁公著为工部侍郎知选事。太和二年闰三月己亥，都省奏：落下吏部三铨甲内，今春注超资官凡六十七人，敕都省所执是格，铨司所引是例，互相陈列，颇以纷纭，所贵清而能通，亦犹议事以制。今选期已过，方此争论，选人可哀，难更停滞。其三铨已授官，都省落下并依旧注与重团奏，仍限五日内毕。其中如官超一资，半资比格，令已令据稍优者，至后选日量事降折。尚书、侍郎注拟不一，致令都省以此兴词，郑嵌著各罚一季俸。东铨所落人数较少，杨嗣复罚两月俸。其今年选格，仍分明标出近例有可行者收入，格不可者，于格内书破，则所司有文可守，选人无路侥求」。时尚书左丞韦弘景以吏部注拟不公选，多超资授官，糸按其事，落下敕申吏部引例，以为据选人辈。又惜官已成，道路沸腾，日接宰相喧诉，遂降此敕。 |
