6  | 戊午，殿中侍御史曽统试左谏议大夫，新除太常少卿谢祖信复为殿中侍御史。前一日，上谕秦桧曰：「朕欲用祖信为台官，恐祖信不知朝廷今日事机，卿等可召赴都堂与之议论」。桧奏：「台谏乃天子耳目、朝政阙失，所当论列，恐呼召至朝堂，然后除授，不能无嫌」。上曰：「大臣，朕股肱台谏，朕耳目本是一体，若使台谏讥察大臣，岂朕责任之意耶？」然桧卒不召，翌日，遂有是除。 彰武军承宣使、知金州郭浩为陜西路宣抚判官。时已命内侍陈成之往陜西抚谕，仍先至吴，玠军次之逐路。于是右谏议大夫李谊言：「成之素不与诸将相识，情未易通。访闻浩父成旧为邉将，张中孚、中彦皆出其门，慕容洧之父亦成部曲，而赵彬贫时，又尝依浩实与诸将有契，望诏成之，与浩同去，所冀衆心早得以定」。上纳其言，乃命浩与宣谕使周聿偕往。 直显谟阁、两浙转运副使吴革升直龙图阁、充京畿都转运使、兼开封少尹、翊卫大夫、利州观察使辛永宗升安徳承宣使。尚书刑部员外郎张柄直秘阁，并为京畿路提㸃刑狱公事。永宗兼提举招置弓箭手柄兼提举大内，革柄不行。 降授左朝请大夫、提举江州太平观赵开复右文殿修撰、都大主、管川、陜茶马。 |
