8  | 辛巳，江南东路转运使王㬇等献本司银钱十万缗，両以助奉迎两宫之费，诏令户部桩収，专充奉迎支用。上曰：「若常赋之外，不取于民，庻㡬副朕爱民之意。朕在宫中，服食噐用，惟务节俭，不敢分毫妄费，常戒左右曰：此中视钱物不知艰难，民虽一钱，亦不易出。周公作无逸戒，成王惟在知小民之艰难，朕不敢忘也」。自是四方率皆献助矣。左宣教郎、充删令所敇定官李文㑹，守监察御史。文㑹，晋江人也。 诏正奏名进士张弼令临安府押归本贯，日后不得奏。名弼于唱第日唐突进状诉主司，上以其无士行，故斥之。 是日，知盱眙县宋肇言得泗州报邢皇后已上仙。诏礼官讨论合行典礼。壬辰，左从事郎、监漳州南岳庙王伯庠特改右宣教郎为直秘阁，用丙子诏书也。 左奉议郎蔡安疆为京西路转运判官兼提刑提举茶盐等公事，填复置阙。甲申，起居舍人杨愿请以临安府学増修为太学，从之。乙酉，上谓大臣曰：「蔡京、王黼彼此相倾，遂累及国家，以至艰厄如此。人臣茍不念国事而为身之谋，累必及国，而身亦不保，若忘身为国，则国安荣而臣享无穷之福矣。 |
