42  | 庚子，诏置四川宣抚司总领钱粮官。先是，资政殿学士、四川宣抚副使郑刚，中驭诸将严㑹，刚中以事忤秦桧，诸将因言其有䟦扈状，桧不欲刚中并掌利权，侍御史汪勃闻之，即上言：「国之大务，在兵与财，各有攸司，则有条而不紊。今朝廷支散诸军，则𨽻户部，外道则𨽻总领，责有所归，事且易办，欲依此例，就四川宣抚司置总领一司，专掌财赋，庻几职事专一」。从之。辛丑，左朝议大夫、知池州魏良臣，左朝奉大夫、知袁州沈昭逺，并复敷文阁待制。 |
