17  | 丙戌，张浚奏：「建康府画到行宫寝殿，制度简省，可以副陛下崇俭之意，乞降下本府依此。修葢。从之。时浚乞上幸建康，故有是请。 诏以平江府陈满塘地赐韩世忠，以世忠归所赐南园而请佃塘地也。 右司谏王缙请令浙西漕司拘收应干里外官司舟船，以备漕运，从之。先是，以官舟少而漕运多，乃令沿流州县均之民户，期限廹促，催舟之费既倍，而装发交卸仓斗，邀乞折欠，监锢尚多有之。朝廷闻之，因出度牒，即上户市舟，又刷百司舟船应副，而苏、常诸郡科差如故，故缙有是请焉。浙路漕臣亦请扵华亭置场，嵗造百二十舟，以浙西诸州分认钱数，及宪司二分头子钱，与抽觧木植供其费至是就绪。丁亥，枢密院检详诸房文字范直方自行府入见，上召对于内殿。 右承事郎王之道知开州。庚寅，少保宁武宁国节度使、淮南西路兼太平州宣抚使刘光世为保静、宁武、宁国军节度使，赏刘龙城之㨗也。时光世遣参谋官、直秘阁、新知袁州汪召嗣来献㨗，乃诏本司副统制王师晟进横行遥郡二秩，召嗣进秩一等，伪统制官华知刚等皆释罪，付光世军中使唤，其馀第赏有差。后旬日，擢召嗣江南西路提㸃刑狱公事，言者论其过，乃止。后光世言知刚等三人未有使唤，乃命送福建诸州廪给之，毋令失所。 直徽猷阁、知鼎州张觷以捕斩山贼雷进之劳，进职一等，而荆湖北路提㸃刑狱公事赵伯牛亦进一官。 |
