19  | 癸亥，左司諌陈公辅请奏䕃无出身人，并令铨试经义或诗、赋、论䇿三场，以十分为率，取五分合格，虽累试不中，不许参选，亦不许用恩泽陈乞差遣。诏吏部措置。其后吏部请试律外，止益以经义或诗赋一场，年三十五已上，累试不中之人，许注残零差遣，馀如公辅所奏。从之。 观文殿学士、行宫留守秦桧言：「伏覩陛下亲御六军，往䕶诸将，而臣罪戾之馀，猥䝉召用，切愿扈从銮辂，身冒矢石，伏念臣陥敌累年，敌国诡计，稍知一二，贼豫狂谋，备见本末，若有探报逺近，或可以备顾问，至于留司职事孟庾，有已试之效，其人详练慎宻，欲望圣明特加财察」。优诏不许。 秘书省著作郎张九成直徽猷阁、提㸃两浙东路刑狱公事，以九成言父老乞侍养故也。 右中奉大夫、知郴州许和卿降二官，放罢。先是，和卿之子太虚，以捕获冝章土冦之劳，免文觧，而湖南制置大使吕頥浩言：「祖宗以来，监使知通亲戚，不许于所部从军，以革冒滥，乞申明行下」。和卿遂罢。甲子，废白州为博白县，𨽻琼州。龚州为平南县，𨽻浔州。以广西提㸃刑狱公事郭孝友言二郡土旷人稀，不能偿官吏之费故也。 |
