4  | 绍兴十有一年冬十月丙寅朔，上谓大臣曰：「人主之权，在乎独断。金国之主，幼而无断，权归臣下。往年之和，出于乌珠，今年之战，出于达赉，或和或战，国之大事，而皆不出于人主，无断如此，何以立国？知不足畏矣」。丁卯，寳文阁直学士、枢密都承旨郑刚中为川陜宣谕使，落直字，赐银帛二百匹两，秦桧将罢兵，故遣刚中至西师谕指诸将。 入内侍省都知陈永锡提举举江州太平观。刘光逺之被劾也，永锡与内侍康諝多受光逺金钱，为之营救，右谏议大夫万俟卨言赦过宥罪，人主之渥泽，而二人乃私布恳悃以诬公上，望赐罢责，以清宫掖，乃诏永锡与宫观，諝送吏部。 是日，右朝奉大夫、通判扬州赵旼，右朝㪚郎、通判扬州汤广年，弃城保瓜洲镇。先是，安抚使刘刚以措置兴化镇水寨为辞而去，旼等闻敌且至，遂遁，官吏军民皆散，城市一空，事闻，二人坐贬秩三等。广年，东野子也。戊辰，诏川陜宣谕使许举选人，改官七员，职令十员。川陜宣抚司都统制杨政及金国万户，通检战于寳鸡，败之。时通检屯渭北，政欲攻㧞其城，是日黎明，通检将精甲万衆出战，政贾勇士鏖战县旁，至日晡五十馀合，势未分政，遣裨将将骑突出阵后，山上执帜以招阳为麾军，敌望见，大呼曰：「伏兵发矣！」乃惊而溃。政乘胜掩杀通检，至城门而桥已絶，乃擒之。 |
